Shipping Policy

The Bonsai Museum store offers fast, efficient and safe delivery service to consumers. To promptly serve our customers, we have a partnership with the POST OFFICE for delivery throughout the national territory in the PAC and SEDEX modalities and local delivery service by MOTOBOY and also pick up in store.  

SHIPPING POLICY

1. The products will be sent by mail with the service value included with the final purchase price, this value will be automatically generated by the system taking into account the weight, cubage and distance.

2. Delivery times are from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm. In some regions the post office also delivers orders on Saturdays from 8 am to 12 pm. There is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.

3. In the standard delivery procedure, three attempts are made, if no one receives the order on the 3rd, it remains at the agency for another three days and then returns to the sender. While at the agency, the client can withdraw

the order personally upon presentation of your RG. It is important to always be up to date with the tracking of the order to check the status it is in and take action if necessary.

4. In any of the shipping modalities, there may be an extension in the delivery period or a request for withdrawal at the post office without prior notice, this is common in cases of isolation of geographic areas due to the fall of barriers, bridges or inaccessibility.

5. The choice between the different shipping methods is solely up to the customer and he must be perfectly aware of the deadlines established in each situation.

6. In case of unavailability in stock of any product that makes up the order, we will contact the customer requesting a replacement or we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid for the missing item.

7. In case of packages damaged by transport, the customer may refuse to receive it and request a return to the sender for verification and subsequent negotiation of compensation.

8. Eventually some product may arrive damaged and in this case we guarantee the replacement with the same or similar material, depending on the availability in stock, or we can proceed with the refund of the amount paid for this item. In both cases, it is necessary to send a supporting image.

POSTAGE DEADLINE

After we receive the order in our system, there is a deadline for it to be posted and this may vary according to the following points: 

MEANS OF PAYMENT

According to the selected payment method, there will be a variation in the "payment confirmation". This confirmation can occur immediately in the case of transactions by credit card, deposit or transfer, while for bank slips it is necessary to wait for the credit to be effected so that only then confirm the payment.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The unavailability of any item that makes up the order will require time for customer consultation and negotiation of the replacement of the product.

ORDER TIME

Our posts are made at 2 pm, if your order is registered and your payment is confirmed after 12 pm it will only be posted the next day.

ORDER DAY

In general, we post orders from Monday to Friday, but orders containing plants are not posted on Friday, as there would be no timeframe for delivery, thus avoiding unnecessary stays of these in the post office warehouses during the weekend. In these cases, orders are posted on the following Monday. On national holidays, we will analyze each case and contact you with the postage date. If your plant needs a wooden box, our logistics team will take 1 to 2 more working days to make it.

DEADLINE

The great experience and structure of the post office result in quality service and excellent delivery times.

 

FEDEX

• 2 to 3 working days for “capitals” across the country.

• 3 to 5 business days to the interior of all states in the country.

 

PAC

• 5 to 15 working days for “capitals” across the country.

• 7 to 20 business days for the interior of all states in the country.
 

 

AREAS WITH SPECIAL DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Some regions of the states of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro have special delivery restrictions, in which case there may be a delay in the delivery period (differentiated home delivery) or you may be requested to withdraw the object directly at the post office upon presentation of the recipient's RG (internal delivery). Information on areas affected by restrictions is the responsibility of the post office and can be checked prior to purchase at http://www2.correios.com.br/sistemas/precosPrazos/restricaoentrega/

During our years of experience we have developed a refined logistical method that makes us able to ship a diverse range of products throughout Brazil with complete safety.

Tuesday to Friday: 10 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 6 pm.
Saturdays: 10 am to 4 pm.
Mondays and Sundays: Store Closed
